Wood CNC milling machine – OMEGA ST
CNC machining center for stairs, windows, doors, furniture, and wooden houses
Omega ST 5 Axis Machining Center is a cantilever type CNC machine tool. Cantilever CNC machines have virtually unlimited access to the table surface. On CNC equipment: fixed table, the working surface of which can be configured in accordance with the nature of the work for which the machine is intended (e.g. different types of beams or a flat surface, including a vacuum surface). The main purpose of this machine is CNC machining of all types of solid wood elements, especially the production of stairs. We can use it to make practically all elements of the stairs, including the curves of the cheeks and handrails. It will also work great as a CNC for furniture, windows, doors and frame houses.
In order to ensure the appropriate rigidity of the mechanical system, which is required to perform heavy machining (milling, cutting, drilling), CNC Omega ST is equipped with a very solid bed with internal ribbing. The dimensions of the movable system – a column with an arm carrying the CNC machining head – have been excessively designed to ensure stable and precise machining with the use of electrospindles with a power of up to 20 kW. The modular design of the CNC milling machine allows for any configuration of its work area and personalized equipment.

Omega ST machining centre with 6 axes is a sturdy and rigid semi-portal machine designed for machining windows, doors, furniture parts as well as bulky 3-dimensional components. The machine’s modular construction allows any configuration of operation ranges and machine equipment.
The semi-portal design of the Omega ST with spatial column and large cross-section beam guarantees excellent operator access to the machining area while maintaining good rigidity and precision in machining.
On request, the CNC machine is equipped with a drilling unit mounted on an independent Z-axis. The number of horizontal and vertical spindles, as well as the remaining equipment of the unit, is selected individually.
