In this section, you will find machines defined as special due to their non-standard equipment or purpose, like CNC milling of bulky items. 3,4,5-axis CNC milling machines and machining centres fully adapted to the needs and expectations of the buyer. Materials, subassemblies, and components used in the construction of machines are able to ensure many years of failure-free operation of the machine tool, and thus – maximum efficiency.

The offer for special CNC machines includes:

– 5-axis gantry for CNC milling of bulky items – milling machines for mechanical processing of large-size elements with a length of up to several dozen meters (machines for the production of swimming pools, spas, yachts and boats, advertising structures, wind turbines, structures of aircraft fuselage elements);
– CNC nesting machines for industrial production;
– CNC machines for the processing of chemically aggressive materials and for the processing of light metals (titanium, aluminium, magnesium, and their alloys), composites, plastics with a special structure in the upper track system, and a movable bridge with full protection of the components of each axis.

Lambda VTS

Precise large size 5-axis milling

Lambda VTS 5-axis CNC machine tool of the Lambda series, in the class of large-size CNC milling machines, represents the VTS series of smaller sizes. The difference is due to the transition between the size ranges and the size of the available workspace. Due to the variety of applications, these 5-axis CNC milling machines can be equipped with work tables, enabling the processing of specific objects, such as, for example, plates, rings, rolls and other solids.

Lambda VTL

Perfect tool for modeling large-size elements of yachts and sail boats

Lambda VTL is a large 6-axis centre with enormous potential. This is the largest machine in our range. It is used in machining elements that require a bigger working area, while simultaneously maintaining their high accuracy. This enlarged workspace allows precise machining of large structures, such as bodies of sailboats or yachts.  The ability to use the mobile tool magazine allows the machine to exchange them rapidly.
